Mechanical Testing Services, Inc. provides expert commissioning services for both new constructions and existing buildings.  As members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), we are also uniquely qualified to handle the certification and commissioning of LEED® buildings.

Our systematic quality assurance process verifies that building systems are fully operational and perform interactively according to the design intent and owner requirements. Additionally, our retro commissioning services will identify and quantify the improvements needed to existing buildings to optimize system performance and reduce operating expenses and utility costs.
